Join us for our Annual Review and our Board Elections. As always our meetings are open to all, but per our by-laws only members-in-good-standing (annual membership is current) may vote.

If you can’t attend and would like your vote counted, appoint a proxy by completing the online proxy form found at the bottom of this page or by mailing in this downloadable form. You may also designate CLWA Secretary Marty Lasher, who will vote in support of the nominations and By-law amendments.

CLWA Bylaw Amendments – to Article III and Article VI
- The Bylaws provide that the address of the corporation is PO Box 323, which we no longer maintain. (Article III Section 3).
- The Bylaws provide that the CLWA Annual Meeting of the Board and Members (required for all membership corporations) is held in the third quarter of our fiscal year (Article VI Section 1). We would like to expand the timeframe to include June.
To maintain compliance, we ask our members to vote to change the CLWA Bylaws as follows:
- In Article III Section 3, remove the words “PO Box 323” and replace them with the CLWA office address of “144 Mill Street.”
- In Article VI Section 1, remove the words “3rd quarter of the fiscal year” and replace them with “between June 1 and September 30.“
