Every Family Outside Event: Learn to Stand Up Paddleboard at Kershaw Park (Only 1:00 pm session slots left)
July 16 @ 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
*Rain date July 23rd*
Join us for a morning of Stand Up paddleboarding along the beautiful north shore of Canandaigua Lake! Attendees will be given the opportunity to participate in a paddleboard lesson onshore to learn the ropes, then will be given time to roam the waves at their own leisure to explore the beautiful waters of Canandaigua Lake on their own Stand Up Paddleboard.
Attendees will be provided with a paddleboard, paddle, a PFD (personal floatation device) and instruction from a Guide from Canandaigua Sailboard. This event is best suited for kids ages 6 and up, but an onshore water quality activity will also be available for younger participants. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older on a paddleboard.
Sign up for the last session offered at 1:00 pm. Attendees will gather on the westside of Kershaw Park, near the Kayak launch.
All paddleboard participants must fill out a waiver. Please complete this prior to the event at this link: https://web.wherewolf.co.nz/knmc64
