DESCRIPTION:*EVENT SOLD OUT* \nJoin the Canandaigua Lake Watershed Association\, the Ontario County Soil & Water Conservation District and the Naples Brewing Company for a rain barrel workshop. We will start with a short presentation on healthy lake tips and will follow with a demo on how to build your barrel. We will then help you build your own 55 gallon rain barrel. \nInstalling a rain barrel is an easy way to protect our environment and save money. A rain barrel collects & stores rainwater from your roof that would otherwise be lost to runoff & diverted to storm drains or streams. The water from your barrel can be used for watering gardens & lawns\, cleaning outdoor furniture\, & the list goes on. \nCost is $30 per barrel. The Naples Brewing Company will be offering a 10% discount on beverages to workshop attendees! \nWe have a rain date of Thursday June 15th\, 2023 at 6:30 PM.
