DESCRIPTION:The Canandaigua Lake Watershed Association (CLWA) is opening a new location in the heart of downtown Canandaigua to expand our efforts to provide education\, conduct scientific research\, and advocate for public policies to protect the health of our lake. \nPlease join us on September 8\, 2022\, at 5:00 PM\, when we will celebrate our new office at 144 Mill Street with a showcase of our activities and say thank you to our supporters\, donors\, and members. \nWe depend on dedicated staff and a working board of directors who collaborate with numerous conservation partner organizations and the 14 municipalities that surround the lake while hundreds of volunteers give their time to important initiatives\, from monitoring water quality to scouting for invasive species to providing office support. \nOpening our new center is an important and exciting milestone as CLWA moves into a new era of preserving\, protecting\, and restoring Canandaigua Lake. \nWe hope to see you there! \nRegister at the link below: \nhttp://events.r20.constantcontact.com/register/event?oeidk=a07ej9mzz9l25b57ce5&llr=eovkd8kab
