Where: Onanda Park, 4965 County Road 16, Canandaigua NY

When: August 12-16th, M-F, 9 AM- 3 PM (Before and aftercare available from 8 AM- 4 PM)

Who: 6th- rising 9th graders

The interactive and fun camp activities for the week include:

• Find crayfish, mayflies, dragonfly nymphs, and many more critters while exploring the streams and forest
• Learn about invasives, food webs, water quality, and enjoy a bus ride around the lake to conduct water sampling
• Explore a variety of the fish and amphibians that are commonly found in the lake
• Learn special fishing techniques and tying skills, and how to assess populations
• Enjoy a boat ride and/or canoeing around the lake while water sampling
• Have fun playing educational games and hiking
• And much, much more
