Choose One of Two On-line Methods to become a member of the Canandaigua Lake Watershed Association, Inc.  Membership year extends from January 1, 2010, to December 31, 2010.

1.  If you prefer to pay by check and mail in payment, simply print a copy of our membership form (PDF format). Then mail it, along with your tax-deductible donation, to:
